摘要：
本文在介绍平庄煤业（集团）公司元宝山露天煤矿英金河改道工程背景及必要性的基础上，首先对河道土堤工程参数进行计算分析，并对土堤防渗与堤坡稳定性进行了安全评价，确定了英金河改道工程的具体设计方案；其次，通过分析河流改道工程对土壤、植被、动物等环境因素的影响，制定并实施了环境保护的技术措施，保障了煤矿生产建设协调发展。

Abstract:
Firstly, based on the engineering background and necessity of the Yingjin river diversion project in Yuanbaoshan mine of Pingzhuang Coal Group LTD, this article calculates the parameters of river embankment, evaluates the safety of seepage control and stability, and then proposes the design scheme of the river diversion project. Secondly, through the analyze on the environmental factors influenced by the project, such as soil, vegetation and animals, the environmental measures are raised and carried out, which ensure the coordinated development of the mine.
